Information Agreement
Our season expectations and financial policies at a glance.
What this document says
- Mission: LGB provides a structured program that develops skills, leadership, goal-setting, and fundamentals.
- One club team: Your player commits to LGB only for club basketball until the agreement is fulfilled (school sports are fine). Playing on two select teams at once puts pressure on any child and could lead to burnout.
- Fees: Tournament/league fees follow your team's payment schedule. Players behind on fees can't practice or play until caught up. If you can't make a payment by its due date, contact Nichole at info@leegreenbasketballacademy.org.
- Cost & installments: Total cost varies by team and is paid in installments. Leaving mid-season still means the remaining balance is owed. Late payments: $25 fee. Returned checks: $25 fee. An unpaid account pauses all LGB training opportunities until it's settled.

Financial Responsibility Agreement
Your commitment to the team's season budget.
What this document says
- Every LGB family reviews and signs a Financial Responsibility Agreement as part of club membership.
- Your signature confirms you understand the financial commitment and promise to fulfill all financial commitments to your player's team for the entire club season.
- Each player pays their share of monthly dues that fund tournaments, league games, coaches, administration, and gym fees.
- Teams may also enter additional tournaments beyond those covered by regular season dues, and families cover their share of those as well.
- No refunds, LGB does not refund dues for any reason, including a team or family decision to skip a budgeted tournament.

Player & Parent Commandments
The standards every LGB player and parent commits to.
What this document says
- 11 commitments covering attendance (arrive 30 to 45 minutes before games, and notify the coach a day ahead if missing practice), participation, sportsmanship, helpfulness, courtesy, cooperation, appearance, commitment, communication, and attitude.
- Coaches make the final decision on playing time; players discuss their role one-on-one with the coach.
- For parents: no coaching from the sideline, it confuses players and undercuts the coaches.
- Falling short of these expectations can reduce or eliminate playing time.

Registration & Liability Release
The liability waiver and health statement required for participation. Please read this one carefully.
What this document says
- Liability release: Basketball carries a risk of physical injury. By signing, you release, waive, and agree not to sue Lee Green Basketball, its affiliated organizations, sponsors, employees, coaches, association personnel, gym/facility owners, and referees for claims arising from your player's participation in LGB programs, including transportation to and from, which you authorize.
- Health notice: The state asks us to make you aware of enhanced risks of participants being in direct contact with anyone age 65+ for 14 days after a sporting event or practice.
- Illness acknowledgment: Other participants can carry communicable illnesses (including COVID-19) beyond LGB's control. LGB and its coaches are not responsible if you or your player becomes ill; you are solely responsible for preventive measures, and you assume that risk, known or unknown.
- This must be signed by a parent/guardian for any player under 18.
